A word on our

Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are custom planned to meet individual fitness goals. Working out improves health, self-confidence and increases energy for daily living. The training benefits beginning exercisers to experienced body builders. We provide initial body assessments and full-body workouts to include: flexibility, strength, agility, conditioning and obstacle training.

We help you to bust through mental boundaries on the way to creating new healthy workout habits or improve existing ones.

Jessica Patricelli

Hi my name is Jessica Patricelli. I’m originally from Eureka, a mom of two and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 20 years.

I found the love for the gym through covid, it helped me mentally and physically and it grew into an obsession. I decided to become a trainer so I can help others achieve their goals whether it’s to lose weight, tone, become strong or help those who may be a little intimidated by taking their first steps into the gym.

Michelle Schutte

After 25 years of employment with a local cooperative, I retired to pursue my passion to influence, train and guide others to be the best they can be at every stage and season of life. In the same way I was encouraged and sown into by the health and fitness people in my life, I want to do the same for others.

My experience in competing in Spartan racing has required the use multiple fitness platforms, pushed me to work around injuries and given me the satisfaction of walking beside others who are preparing for their first Spartan race.
I received my Personal Trainer certification through NASM with accreditation through NCAA. I am currently studying to become certified as a specialist in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement and Nutrition. In the fall I will begin college to pursue Physical Therapy online while continuing as a Personal Trainer at Foster’s Fitness.

I would consider it an honor to help you navigate your personal fitness goals (they don’t have to include Spartan Racing)
